- Communication is the Secret – Good communication is the one thing that will set a patient at ease: . Listening is equally important skill in studying this course as it will be helpful to face some potential issues, and at the same time demonstrates care and compassion.
- Problem-Solving Skills – This is consider as a normal part of everyday life of a person in the Health Care industry. The student will be able to contribute to the physical, psychological, and social wellness of a patient
- Responsible and Professional Conduct – Student will be able to learn that Trust is one of the important aspect supporting the caregiver-patient relationship. Behaving in a professional and responsible manner will lay down boundaries and expectations, not only for yourself, but for everyone around you.
