The Culinary Arts curriculum at TMI is structured to equip students with essential entry-level culinary skills, preparing them for various positions in the food service field. The Diploma program offers a comprehensive foundation in international cuisine experiences.

– Enrolment in our cooking courses is subject to availability, and incomplete applications will not be processed.
– The course is conducted in English. Course contents and prices for the culinary training are subject to change.
– Students who choose to drop out before completing the cooking skills training successfully will be required to pay ALL fees in full and will not be eligible for any discounts.
– Food items from all practical sessions in the cooking courses shall be consumed on campus, either during lunch or dinner time.
– For food safety purposes, food items from the culinary training are not allowed to be taken home for consumption.
– Students need to meet the following criteria to obtain their relevant certificates:
- Minimum attendance of 90% and above
- Pass all assessments required by the course
- Abide by the student code of conduct.
